SET UP THE GAME
Pick your role (Batter Only or Pitcher Only), which pitch types to track, and game details like opponent and competition level.
LOG EACH PITCH AS IT HAPPENS
Tap where it crossed the plate, tag the pitch type, then tap what happened — ball, strike, in play, or hit by pitch.
THE AT-BAT RESOLVES ITSELF
Balls, strikes, and outs are tracked automatically — Prospekt knows the moment an at-bat, and eventually the inning, is over.
Can I track both batting and pitching in the same game?
Yes — pick Batter Only or Pitcher Only per game, or set a player to “Both” and Prospekt asks which role you’re logging before every at-bat.
What if I make a mistake mid-pitch?
Back and undo are available at every step — redo the last pitch, or undo a whole at-bat, without losing anything already saved.
Do I need a radar gun?
No — velocity logging is optional. Turn on Radar Gun Available if you have one; otherwise Prospekt skips that step entirely.
